Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Tienda Latina Group is committed to improving digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We want every guest to be able to find restaurant information, read our menu, and use the services offered through this website.

Our Accessibility Goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA (opens in a new tab) as our technical goal while we review and improve this website. This goal guides our work; it is not a certification or a claim that every page currently conforms in every respect.

Measures We Take

Our current design and development practices include:

  • Using semantic page structure, descriptive headings, form labels, and text alternatives where applicable.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus for key controls and navigation.
  • Supporting reduced-motion preferences in several animated experiences.
  • Reviewing color contrast, responsive layouts, text resizing, instructions, and error feedback as the site changes.
  • Reviewing reported barriers and prioritizing practical fixes.

Assessment and Ongoing Improvements

This website is currently evaluated through developer review and code-quality checks. Those methods cannot test every disability, assistive technology, browser, or real-world task. A comprehensive independent WCAG conformance audit has not yet been completed, and some barriers may remain. We will continue reviewing the site and update this statement as that work progresses.

Third-Party Content

Some features use third-party services, including Google Maps, Google sign-in, and Stripe’s embedded payment form. These services may change outside our release cycle. If one creates an accessibility barrier, please contact us so we can work with you on another way to access the information or service.

Feedback and Assistance

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, need information in another format, or encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us.

When possible, tell us the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and what happened. You may also share your browser, device, or assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information.
